I did two talks this week, one ‘in real’ – yes, in front of a live in-person audience! only the second time since February 2020 – and one online (no kidding!).

Anyway, at the in-person one, done on behalf of The CARI Foundation (www.cari.ie) where I am General Manager, I realized I have been mistaken for the past two years believing that everyone is the same height as me! But they aren’t. Some were much taller than I expected, some much smaller. (I’m sure for some of them, my physical height (5ft 9′) came as a surprise too, some perhaps thought I should be taller!)

Anyhow, that fact, the fact that we are all the same height on Zoom, yet we’re not in reality, got me thinking about another aspect of people and this week I explore the question, are we all as nice in reality as we appear online?

Integrity is where the perception and the reality are the same, and I open up about my failings in this area on this episode of “Coffee with Colm”.

As ever, I invite you to stick on the kettle, grab a coffee, and think with me for a few minutes (6) in your preferred way…

Stay well, stay in touch and pop in again next week for another ‘Coffee with Colm’.
